harddrive got corrupted and i lost 9 years of memories going back to when i was 14
screenshots recordings etc
how do i cope/move on? i really want to kill myself right now

Save the hard drive and you can pay several grand for a cleanroom data recovery if the data is that valuable.

this is why I have redundant saves of important stuff
the most important concert I've attented to I have the videos uploaded to youtube, on cloud and in my hdd as well as my m.2
instead of coping learn from this experience

Pay a recovery specialist to get the data. They will take the drive apart in tiny pieces and graft it onto a donor hard drive and retrieve what they can

Looking at the past can be both good and bad. If you ruminate and pine, it can be bad. But it also reminds you of who you are and context for why you/things are the way they are.
