I had a hard time getting a job after college, so when I finally got offered a position doing support work for a local company, I leapt in without looking.

Without revealing too much, I think I made a mistake. The exact industry the company is in is pretty morally offensive to me, it exploits people's worst tendencies and their desperation in order to turn a profit - I understand every business has to make money, and the person I did my interview with tried to preempt this exact situation with the typical mealy-mouthed "oh we're a family here" or "I sleep fine at night knowing what we do", but it's been harder and harder to ignore how exploitative and disgusting their business and business practices are.

There's also just no respect in the company. The C-suite executives talk shit about the managers behind their backs, the managers talk shit about the normal employees (me) behind our backs, and we talk shit about the people below us behind their backs too. The person I interviewed with, again, demonstrated this in our very first meeting where he (maybe off the record, maybe "jokingly") said my direct supervisor (who I hadn't met) kinda sucked at his job and I might one day take his job if I stuck with the company. Really scummy stuff like that.

I also feel like I'm just not a good fit for the job. The reason I got the job so suddenly is someone on the team I'm on left and there was a gap that needed to be filled ASAP. I have some experience in the job I'm doing, but not much. The work I enjoy doing is completely off limits to me, and I think it's made me a pretty apathetic and unhappy worker.

At this point, I think I'm going to put in my two weeks' notice on Monday. I do have some other stuff lining up, but I do not have another offer at this very moment. Money is not an issue. I still would rather leave. I'd be the first to admit I lack knowledge of the "real world", though, so is this a reasonable thing to do? Would you quit my job if you were me?

not quite like that but these people are pretty disgustingly cutthroat in a way that's genuinely almost comedic, reinforces everything you've ever heard about that high school bully mentality poisoning people's minds well into middle age

Never quit one job until you have a firm replacement set up

Imo the longer you stay the harder it can be to leave. Over time you can become trapped by a job you hate in some nasty ways; it can destroy your self esteem, your financial situation makes leaving harder etc. So it's better to leave sooner than later if you have an alright safety net and means to do so. Sometimes staying slightly longer can help you get some references etc but if you're apathetic and unperforming as a result that might not be super realistic anyways.

Even if your perspective was somehow irrational, ultimately you're still dissatisfied in pretty serious ways. Staying would result in a loss of integrity according to your values, which could contribute to things like depression etc later. If the circumstances are as bad as you say then it's likely a perspective or attitude change won't fix much on your part.
