Very important piece of advice is make sure you interact with other humans. You can give yourself an extra 5 days with just a simple interaction with a nice girl. Haven't jacked off since august 2024 (only 1 week i broke it, sometime in january). For me it was moral/ethical reasons, i can never prevent lustful thoughts but i can choose not to engage in them and hope they don't appear again, i.e. earning myself a pure heart as i believe that the Lord will sanctify me if i follow his ways.
