What are you gaining from doing this aside from making things less convenient for yourself? You can use grocery bags on your containers. Collect your trash and throw it in the disposal later. If you're trying to make the lives of others inconvenient, there is so much better ways rather than carrying your own trash with you in the car and squeezing them into the bins at the supermarket.
