NEWS FLASH People have lives. Some people don't spend every waking moment staring at their phones. Some people occasionally find themselves in situations where it is impossible to reply immediately. Some people actually feel a greater obligation to deal with what's happening - or the real live human being - in fromt of them than to answer a text.
