You don't piss them out, they end up stored in your tissue to be released later as needed by the body. This is why taking too much of the fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K) is dangerous unless you have a severe deficiency (rare in first world countries). The American diet is terrible, but all the nasty chemically filled slop that Americans eat is "fortified" (meaning they add a bunch of vitamins to it. because the food itself has no nutritional value). They're legally required to do this but they're careful how much vitamin A, D, E, and K is artificially injected into food because it can build up in the body and cause illness if you ingest too much. That's why severe deficiency of these vitamins is rare, but mild deficiency is common. People who don't take care of their teeth eat nothing but junk food and are entirely dependent on these fortified foods as their only source of vitamins, which is why people with tooth decay typically have mild vitamin deficiency. That doesn't mean that you can "fix" tooth decay by taking a shitload of these vitamins.
