i keep randomly screaming and crying about being alive, hating life, and wanting to die, literally every single day. I cant stop and i dont know what to do

Don't talk to a therapist. Go directly to a psychiatrist.
If 'having a body and sensations' is one of the reasons you find life so difficult, you're not just depressed; Something else is at play here. That's not typical - even for the mentally-ill.

You probably have autism + deep trauma. Don't kys, just start seeing prifessionals. Psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist. And do your own research. Also talk to chatgpt about what you're experiencing. It's actually a great resource for self-reflection, free and available 24/7.

Also, try this technique: when you get trapped in negative thoughts, just start writing them out in a notepad file. Listen actively to your thoughta and write them down as they flood in. If you look at them, you'll realize just how bad your programming is, as well as how stupid it is. Then you can start working on reprogramming your automatic negative thoughts. And remember to be compassionate towards yourself.
