Why do I always feel so weird? Nothing ever feels right, and I often feel like I’m going to panic. If I enjoy something, my mind will search for reasons to be made uncomfortable by it. I have a girlfriend, a handful of friends, a job, but I never feel like I belong in my own body.

I don’t do any drugs. I heard weed can be a good stabilizer, but I am afraid of using any substances like that.

Dysregulated nervous system. You are constantly in fight-or-flight mode. Learn to relax, activate the para-sympathetic nervous system ie. rest and digest mode. stimulate your vagus nerve etc.

I feel the same, man. No matter what I do, no matter where I am, no matter if people say they like me, I don't feel like I belong anywhere. I feel like everything is pointless.

Seeing it in others, it is easier to see that it is just stuff from our mind, things that aren't necessarily true. I think we just gotta try our best not to think about it, to live one day at a time, to try and do stuff we genuinely enjoy, to be honest and sincere with those close to us, letting them know what we feel... stuff like that.

2. Mistakenly think emotion of doubt is correct

To fix, whenever doubt or panic happens to you, just sit down for a bit and be like
"Ah here that feeling comes again."
"That motherfucker. What a tool."
"Guess I gotta put up with this shit until it fucks off."
And whenever the doubt or the panic tries to tell you anything or make excuses for existing, just be like
"Motherfucker still yapping. Bro is full of shit. This dickhead won't shut up."
until the feeling eventually fucks off.
