People don't pay you to do things you don't hate, Anon. If you wanted to do it, you would at best be doing it on a volunteer basis, and more likely be paying someone else for the privilege of doing it. To compel you to take on someone else's obligation that they don't want to do themselves, such as complete the work.

Everybody, EVERYBODY hates their job in some capacity or another. You might hate the work, you might hate the location, you might hate the commute, you might hate that you have to compromise yourself or deal with people you consider subhuman daily. Regardless, the name of the game with regards to work is learning to cope with it, not living in the Disney reality where people actually like their jobs.
