There is nothing for me where I am at and nothing for me where I am going.

But the traffic here and cost of living is lower and has the best MMA I could find which I really enjoy.

The traffic down there and cost of living is higher.

I have been "stuck" here for 7 years but I really enjoyed my time here.

I can already see myself regretting moving but at the same time I feel like I have to move on.

Well. If there's nothing in your area for you, then go somewhere else. I mean, no one loves you there right? Just leave, no one will miss you. At least you have the money to do it.

Yes. Why are you asking here when you already know you don't want to be there?

I have some friends and my gf and I live here but I told her I won't marry her so basically the moment we both move back it's over.

We are very comfortable here. I could live here the rest of my life but I think I need to either find a better wife in either where I'm going or abroad. I also want to travel a lot before settling down. Even though everyone I know who's married is miserable.

There's also lots of potential girls who may be wife material here who I have known for years. A farmer girl, a tenant of mine, a girl at jiu jitsu, some other girls. But only the farmer girl is possibly a virgin and I know she has a good father figure.

Buy a hose there and move, so you have a place to rent out and potentially return to.
