"act natural" means dont act autistic. i try to notice patterns in peoples conversations so i am better at small talk. its helped a little but i am still noticeably retarded. i think it just takes a while to observe how to be a normal person. masking takes time to learn but if you cant pull it off properly normies will know whats up and theyll think youre even weirder because its like the uncanny valley effect.

My problem is that I am awkward and too nice. E.g. I will go to the bathroom, see my coworker on the microwave, and I don't want to take a shit while he's cooking his lunch.
