Oh, it's these guys again. That pic is from a group that was so aggressively schizophrenic that they were banned from /x/. I want you to let that sink in for a minute. They were banned from fucking /x/ for being too crazy.
They had a running general on /x/ for a couple years where they blamed parasites for all disease and had an endlessly evolving "treatment protocol" that was supposed to cure literally anything that might be wrong with you by eradicating your "parasites". The tripfags running the generals doxxed themselves at some point and were revealed to be some retired boomers with zero medical background, of course.
As you might expect, people would follow this protocol for the prescribed period (iirc it was supposed to take 3 months) and yet, amazingly, they would find that they hadn't been magically cured of all disease by this cocktail of over the counter herbal supplements. This led to the "protocol" becoming increasingly complex, new ingredients constantly being added

until they eventually started telling people to take things that are legitimate dangers to their health and were banned from the board. They're still out there, somewhere, on some even sketchier website, telling gullible people that all disease can be cured by taking oregano pills and turpentine.
