Im always tired, quiet and basically terrible with people. I always have the sense I should sleep or GTFO of any situation im in with other people. How the hell can I get a job like this.

You should aim at jobs that have little interaction with other people.
You can't completely avoid it. You will have to slowly get used to it.
Sorry, there's no easy way out.
