I feel so disappointed. I knew he watched the stuff to a degree but the weird super degenerate stuff makes me feel so much less respect for him . I’ve struggled with a porn addiction myself but I’m really close into quitting but he obv dosen’t seem like he wants to quit. I don’t know why I’m so disappointed in him. But I really am, I always saw him as a fairly conservative guy but that stuff is really weird to see on his phone. has anyone else caught their dads with this stuff? what’s your advice

For me it’s mostly a combination or prayer, a little bit of inspirational videos, and some tactics. My favorite ones are: praying when yiu get the urge, writing down your reasons to quit and going in depth, and the best one by FAR is to have a friend quit with you. It’s so useful to save someone to relate to as you quit, my friend holds me accountable and when I feel a heavy urge I message him. I also watch this guy named zack piggot or something like that and he gives good tactics
