My long-term girlfriend wants me to move to China to live with her and spend my life there. We met and go along very well.

How viable is it working and living there as a german foreigner? I've heard both positive things which are better than Germany, but also negative things which are worse, especially the curse of hitting your 35th birthday and the job market being abysmally catastrophical not for only foreigners but even local natives. I'm 24 years old at the moment, she is 20 in her last year of college.

I speak German, English, Russian, French and Chinese. My skills are in skilled Electrical Engineering, 3D artist for entertainment such as video games and a bachelor in computer science.

Am I going to be fucked? We won't reside in tier 1 cities, mostly outside of all the central hubs where it could be cheaper.

She told me there's a lack of good 3D modeling personnel in China but I'm not sure if she's being naive or not.

Is there a China professional who can possibly tell me everything about what's going on there?

She hints at long term living possibly marriage if we will be well off, and being introduced to parents on my next trip there.

Just be wary that you are not going to have the many European luxuries whether apparent or subtle. There is a 996 work schedule, corporate healthcare and not many safety and health standards. Not to mention certain mannerisms which may clash with yours. Maybe travel there for a few weeks over the summer with your girlfriend to know about living in China.
