they put me on meds and shit and I feel slightly better but I feel watched and like theres something really fucking bad around the corner.

Practically, should I just throw away literally all electronic devices? I don't think its safe to have them. All of this shit could be avoided if I lived in a century without this fucking technology and my natural troublemaking ability.

What advice did they give when you were hospitalized? Just try that

my advice you do not want anything to do with these types of people. Psychiatrists just take a vote, no tests, just muh feels. They have never cured anyone ever. Also people kill themselves all the time in mental asylum and no one gives a shit.
