Do volunteer work. If you volunteer a lot, the boomer dads will be quiet about you. You just got to do something besides video games, movies, and porn all day.

I genuinely don't understand why that would make you feel guilty. The money you get from benefits is jack shit. There are people born into wealth who spend 10x what you get in a year from benefits in a single day on hookers and cocaine. The world is a corrupt piece of shit. Never feel guilty for needing help or trying to survive. Are you spending the money on necessities? Then don't feel guilty. There's more than enough wealth in the world to give everyone basic necessities.
