I am starting to resent being around some of my normie friends who are always happy, lately I've been having fantasies about taking a shotgun and blowing my head off in front of them, really dark stuff but I've been trying my hardest to suppress those thoughts, my life is actually okay and there isn't a real reason why I should be depressed or want to kms. I've tried therapy and it was a waste of time and money only for my therapist to suggest that I go on psych meds. I'm thinking about trying ketamine therapy. Has anyone tried it? Did it help?

Both of you are stuck in a negative thought loop/have negative programming. Your brains are flooded with ANTs (Automatic Negative Thoughts).

Try this for a start: sit down and open a notepad file. Do nothing else but pay attention to the thoughts that are entering your head. Write each one of them down. You might be surprised by just how much toxic garbage is in there. Keep doing this regularly, as just recognizing it will help a lot. Then challenge those thoughts. Are they actually true? Probably not. Try to look at more positive perspectives. Look at a chart of the negative/positive thought spiral dichotomy and try focusing on the positive ones. This will all feel really gay if you're anything like me, but remember, there's nothing gay about feeling better about yourself.

Also, try getting a CBT/DBT workbook. Writing all this shit down and journaling helps a lot too. Sometimes just doing that makes you realize your brain is just being retarded.

I would also suggest Metta Meditation. Focus on your inner child and treat him with kindness and compassion. Go easy on yourself, that child does not deserve hatred.

Think about whether Elon Musk is a good role model for you. Do you want to be like him?

Better try LSD and/or shrooms. I prefer shrooms for a more "spiritual" kind of experience, but their effects are actually very similar. I just find LSD to be more conducive to the side of casual fun and shrooms leaning a bit more on the self-reflective, introspective side. But ymmv. Most important is that the dose you take is not too low.

It can really change your outlook on life on the long-term, usually to the positive, if you've never tripped before. But doing it again later won't bring about the same profound changes in perspective, because that's already done and lasts. And the more often you do it the less interesting results can you get out of it. Just funny colors and patterns and stuff and feeling kind of elated and funny.

Do what I say and your life will get better.
Take 3 grams per day of beta alanine and take 10,000 iu of vitamin d3 everyday morning. Easy to find on amazon. You'll stop thinking this way because both significantly increase dopamine in the brain and dopamine is what you need to be happier in life.
