How do I start enjoying social interaction? I have nothing to talk about and other people can sense it.

Lots of people talk about the media they consume. Being a movie buff o into a genre of music algo is a defining characteristic for a large segment of men.

Socialization is mostly about attitude and candor. It isn't about what you know but how fast you can peel away the mundane and dive into interesting conversation and connection. Most of us are stuck in the uncomfortable small talk zone anyways.

Ask about others. It works. You don't need to be interesting, just be interested and let them talk about themselves.
>enjoying
You're probably in your own head too much and stressed about what to say, or how you appear and are perceived. Gotta stop that, just let the interaction be what it is.

cuz you're doing it wrong. you need to have some things you want to share and THEN share it. you can't do it backwards. always provide new information. +1

Media isn't bad, but you should ideally be well rounded. Pick up some more hobbies and interests.

If you are INTJ get a physical hobby and give a phone call to your parents.
You have Fi at the second to last of your function-stack, which just means you have a general recurring need to be a good person and true to yourself which links to your first position Ni of perceiving pure potentiality

If you are INTP then just troon out on VRchat or something idk,
you have Fe at the bottom of your function stack which will mean you are bad at keeping good relations with your peers but you are also desperate to be a part of a social web

To add to this, sorry I have a meme-view of the Ne function- extroverted intuition. I don't really understand it directly but it seems to have an interplay with Si

Ne seeks concepts in the exterior world and then categorizes them with Si (introverted Sensation), so they will be concerned with what things are representing according to their own personal sense history

That conversation lasting for ages probably leaves them with a good impression of you, but also take time to insert yourself in at opportune moments that are germaine to the discussion. I.e. they tell you about their fishing trip, you ask them questions like what kind of fishing they did, what kind of fish did they catch, then you can offer your own ideas or stories about fishing, and they have the chance to ask questions. This develops rapport. Be an active participant in the conversation, not just an audience member.

Here's a rundown. You'll socialize better once you understand which 4 you have and which 4 you lack.
The ones that end with 'e' govern your output and the ones that end with 'i' govern your input

>everything men do is for pussy
There are so many people on the on self improvement train the past two decades it's unreal, and I'm not talking about gym because many of them don't even hit the gym but instead do other activities, I'm talking about making money, being social, doing activities, hobbies, just keeping busy in general and making their life as interesting as possible to attract pussy. They are doing all that for pussy, constantly chasing a better looking pussy, younger, fresher, etc. until eventually they find one they are satisfied with so they can fertilize it but even then many of them continue to chase pussy on the side. Some of these boomers are 70+ and still chase pussy, that's right many divorced boomers have girlfriends, just look at that tremendous Eastwood faggot who found a new pussy at 70 or 80 and married for the 6th time. Not to mention famous chads like Julio Iglesias who had thousands of pussies throughout his life.
All that self-improvement, customs, social mores, hobbies and other activities people do is to attract pussy so they can breed the next generation of goyim cattle and feel desired, loved and appreciated by their pussy and progeny.

Saying that I is input and E is output is totally offbase, it's closer to say that introverted functions are private and related to self/identity whereas extroverted functions are public and related to group/category but even that is a gross oversimplification
