I just started to do it, but since there aren't local stores with the metal weights (afaik these are the most inoffensive and effective ones) I use what I have at hand (some rubber cock rings ) `plus galvanized steel chain for weights (lile 4-6 oz), but what can be used as a more compact weight and leave a small chunck of the chain to connect them?
I'd like to be comfy enough for the office, or to run, and suitable for sleep with the stretcher on.
also what's the timing for and how much weight should be added?
afaik, what your are stretching are the skin of the scrotum(perineum I think), but do you extend or make the tissue of the cords? I don`t want to mess it and render it unusable.
Also enjoy to being pulled but how much is enough or safe?
Right now as I started only have a itchy burn on the skin, idk if its the normal adaptation or its scarring (and in fact avoiding the stretch).
2nd also, after all that, how much it can be stretched? how do I know when to stop or keep adding weight?
