Women prefer genetically perfect men.

For women, working out is cheating.

tl;dr don't bore women telling about your sport of choice. Gossip and shit its more interesting to them.

In my experience I get more action from wearing nice clothes in fancy environments than being jacked. Being interesting is all you really need. Do interesting stuff.

Anything that produces healthier and stronger children will be sexually attractive.

If you're genetically perfect but eat like shit and don't move your body, you're gonna be a fat slob.

This is genuinely the most retarded thing I've read on here, bravo. I don't know a woman who doesn't enjoy seeing a strong man lift up something heavy, it's like seeing a pretty lady bend over while cleaning up. It scratches that itch in your caveman brain.

That comment has the unrealistic smell of someone finding wisdom where the sun doesn't shine rather than from experience.
