I 3d print all of my own designs, but yes there's public designs for PD rounds and delay spotters if you're willing to put in the work to make the composition for it. I stick to chalk rounds since I'm trying to get my designs down to the point where I can call them match grade for the next competition lol. Pretty much just a 55gal drum, lol. What's funny is most people's stuff couldn't even hit the 75m barrel. Ours had no problems. My friend's projectiles that were using some stuff I adapted for our pushers were going like 600fps, his stuff is basically a laser out to 100m.

The real problem is none of the mil sights are super fine, as real 40mm is just area of effect so my horizontal on the quadrant is just 3 positions each direction, thankfully it works out though.

You can actually wedge a lot in there, there's not really a length restriction on the rounds especially on break action launchers. On traditional M203s though you're just limited by what you can get in the chamber. Like right now I have a nose cone (with a void) that's about ~65mm tall, about double the height of a regular cone. You could even be goofy and make it big flat tipped wad cutter kind of projectile to maximize payload.
