What did you do? Was it a first date, or further into a relationship? Was it your idea?
I'm looking for fun date ideas.

In my post or in your experience?

Once you get to a point where it stops being "dates" and you're just spending time together it gets really fun.

This date led to a 4-year relationship. She sucked pretty badly (most likely undiagnosed BPD, as well as ADHD and depression that she wouldn't take her meds for) for most of that time, but the honeymoon phase was the best I've ever had.
>meet girl on app
>into each other pretty quickly
>arrange to get dinner at my favorite restaurant
>What did you do?
Went to my favorite restaurant, this fancied-up ramen and sushi bar. It was Halloween night, so we wore goofy-but-tasteful costumes. Conversation was great, she came back to my place and we watched a scary movie for 15 minutes before taking our clothes off. She left part of her costume in my bathroom so she'd have an excuse to come see me the next day.
>Was it a first date, or further into a relationship?
First date, but like I said turned into a relationship.
>Was it your idea?
Pretty much all of it yeah. I was pleasantly surprised when she asked to wear costumes, since it was both our favorite holiday at that time. But beyond that my idea.

First date. We have a nice dinner, then we take a walk around the city before ending up at a cocktail bar. At this point, we have absolutely nothing left to talk about as we are both extremely introverted. We sit there for what feels like eternity, with another couple being all touchy touchy at the table next to us. Finally, it's time to go, so we walk to the bus station. I go full meta and start dissecting the disaster that just unfolded. Inexplicably, she floats the idea of going to the cinema together. We board our buses and go home. I never interacted with her again in any way, shape, or form.
So that was my best date. It was also my only date, but well. After five years, I'm beginning to wonder if I should have taken her up on her offer to go see a movie together...

I had maybe 1 or 2 great dates.
I told her we would have to live a Christian relationship as we meet at church.
She dumped me.

Very few woman are going to want a "Christian relationship" my friend.
They might want to have a relationship that happens to be Christian, or be Christians in a relationship, but not have it act as the defining factor.
I'm sure you'll find someone but I advise you to keep an open mind in how you want to incorporate your relationship with god into a relationship with a woman.

If there's a huge, iconic bridge in your area, climb to the top at night via the service ladders and admire the view.

I think I was too embarrassed to meet her again. I barely knew her, she was my coworker, but I only talked to her a couple of times. Then I got laid off (like "don't come to work tomorrow" laid off), and on my way home I ran into her and just asked her out. Considering that she added me on FB before I even got home, and that she was open to another date despite the first one being terrible... man, I really should have gave it another shot, lol.
