I know how this sounds, but I feel like I'm doing it wrong. How long do I have to stand and shake to get everything out? Why doesn't it feel like I get everything out when I go? Do I squeeze? If I have to be relaxed, what would you recommend that might calm me down?

Perhaps its time to go see a doctor.. This sounds like a medical condition that can be anything ranging from just a enlarged prostate to bladder stones to cancer.. and everything in between. When i was on antidepressants I had a issue peeing, Took me everything i had to bare down to piss and when i did it was dribble out. This was caused by the medication and a issue i was not aware of. I finally had a DRE done and found my prostate was swollen do to reasons, Thankfully nothing serious. i was given med's to counter act both the antidepressants that was making this issue and the prostate. I now piss normal and a plus is i shoot huge loads now thanks to this medication.. So i highly recommend seeing a dr as this can be something or it can be nothing. ether way none of us here are gonna be able to tell you for sure what you have plus none of us can fix it.. so its best to go see a dr op.. and i hope things work out for you soon..

Heh, I wondered the exact same thing today.
No idea man, I've been to a doctor, he said that apparently my bladder doesn't empty all the way and it could be related to a weak or overly tense pelvic floor (which isn't mutually exclusive)
But fuck if I know, apparently you're supposed to just relax and the bladder empties "by itself" and squeezing to hard actually complicates things.

This is literally the only way, 99.999999% of dudes be walking around with piss drops in their underwear acting like it's normal because they just wave their dick around like some sort of magic trick.

If for some reason you only have urinals available, I usually just wipe my dick on the back of my hand - and obviously then wash it off.
