Is my job trying to push me to quit?

Everything I do wrong is treated as a catastrophe, and it doesn't matter how small the issue is. Even looking away from the computer gets me lectured over teams.

That's a good way to get fired.

It could be that you are just bad at your job. In that case, a sensible employer would let you know that things are not going well.

If you continue to do poorly, then you would be fired.

Smells like narcissism OP, I would imagine there's just one person who's harassing you
Like >>33377709 said , you are going to want to have a conversation with them about how you are completing your job duties in a professional and timely manner.

If someone who has power over you is insistent on harassing you after you have talked with them, I would consider trying to talk with a higher up. All else fails I would start looking for a new job

That depends, how long have you been at this job?

If you just started, it seems dickish but understandable if you work in a hospital.

Longer than 6 months? Then it could be toxic work environment.

A sensible employer would offer coaching to correct the issue, not blast the person for every error and offer no solutions to fix it.

Sometimes higher management will move you to a different supervisor or another department if your grievances are sensible

Then maybe they really do want you to quit. Either way, you’d probably both be better off without each other.

Hierarchies are inhuman. No person commands another. Kill them
