Ask her nicely to shave. Don't make it like "eww your body is gross change it." Instead frame it like "I would enjoy your body more if you shaved. The hair gets in the way of skin on skin contact."
Women e.g. on forums make everything sound more painful and complicated than it actually is so then other women don't even try. As a guy I avoided shaving forever because people just talk about the problems they had, and I tried it once as a teen and the itchiness put me off.
But I learned during covid lockdowns shaving is easy: Just buy a 20 dollar general purpose electric shave then go to town with it. If doing it wet, sometimes I just use hair conditioner if there is no shaving cream. Scrub the skin before and after to prevent ingrown hairs. Then for a couple of weeks endure the itchiness as your body adjusts to it. Now I'm shaved all the time, it feels nice and sensual.

Just tell her you don't mind if she has a bush but it makes things easier if she trims it up for you, which is going to be reflected in more/better oral. If she likes getting eaten out she really shouldn't have an issue with keeping it a bit shorter to make your life easier.

I've said this to all my GFs at various points and none of them have had an issue with it.
