I can't stop lurking here, for the past two weeks, day in day out.. I just lay in bed rotting, refreshing 4chan over and over. I'm feeling internet fatigue but I don't even know what else to do. I go on regular walks so I've been touching grass at least, but fuck

I'm not sure what to do. There's nothing really near me in terms of communal hangout spots, besides maybe a library. Where are the best places to find irl friends? Bonus points if it doesn't involve spending money. Otherwise I walk because it seems like the only option
