I haven't written the book on love yet. But one thing I know for sure. Stop asking for advice on this site, it's full of crabs in a bucket and will either hold you down or put you down. Go to a therapist, a male one that looks like he gets laid. He won't have all the answers either, but at least he will tell you every now and then that trying is fine.

So far it all comes down to trial and error. Nobody has written the book on love yet. Maybe I will once I figure it out.

Therapy is a good place to start for sure.

You honestly aren’t missing out much if casual sex is all you’re after. Masturbation every couple days is healthy so long as you are fulfilled in other aspects of life.

Work on yourself. Do things. Find hobbies away from electronics. Limit screentime. Lots of virgins on here are getting in their own way.

Find in person social events and participate. Took me like two years of actually trying to be social before I could regularly land dates and hookups.
