What's a good medication that will fix all the mental illnesses/weird behaviors that growing up alone instilled in me? I've tried a lot of them and therapy, but they didn't do anything.

I'm not anxious, autistic, or antisocial, but I get literally no enjoyment out of socializing and am hypersensitive to bright lights and loud noise. Alcohol, caffeine, and weed don't have any effect on me either.

also at least 4 hours of time outdoors per day - preferably in bright light. you'll get used to it gradually.

Fact: anger needs oxygen.

Know the difference between rational anger & irrational anger (my hands are ugly, i hate rainy days, if only i could turn back time, etc).
