how can i improve my social skills? ive always been quiet and introverted and i have social anxiety, but i want to be the opposite of that and make friends. people do sometimes try to talk to me like im not that ugly but i just never know what to say, i worry a lot about saying the right thing, and i get too shy so i feel like i just make them think im weird.
