Should I stop actively cat fishing people online?
I have gone to far and now know people under alternate identities. I don't do it often but when I am lonely I'll go back and start up at it again.
I don't want to be lonely and I know realistically I am being catfished right back.
Is it actually wrong in anonymous environments?

As for your initial question - I don't think it's wrong. I used to obsessively participate in the cybersex community, when it still existed. Both me and my partners knew the other was faking to some extent, but that never got in the way of the fantasies.

It's probably not healthy, but it's not wrong either.

That is where it started and over time I have just gotten good at being who I want with whoever I want. I have a supper high success rate but never use I for anything other than social reasons, no scamming for me.
