If it pops out of nowhere and sort itself between your normal stream of thinking, it's called an intrusive thought
If these thoughts, or other unwanted and repulsive thoughts are very repetitive, disrupt your head all the time and are worsening your life, you may be suffering from OCD, which sadly can attach to any kind of possible theme you can think. Harm(like your thoughts), cleaniness, paraphilias, etc. It literally puts your mind as a constant enemy and if this progresses unchecked it will quickly corner you into a suicidal scenario. In this case you should book a psychologist or psychiatrist ASAP.
