>>33402198>Basically edging and gooning If you're having issues with premature ejaculation, sure. Do that. But if you are in the PROCESS of learning about experiencing orgasms, then edging is not and should not ever be in the equation. Edging is the opposite of experiencing orgasms. It's like you're putting out a fire with more fire.
>and using attention and visualization to build the sexual energy to greater heights and learn to move it around your body. I've listened to Mantak Chia's interviews and his book. And in my opinion, he talks a lot of woo woo magic shit that basically amounts to you desensitizing yourself as a way to control orgasms. I personally don't subscribe to that method. I highly disagree. This "moving around your body" shit is basically the reincarnation of "think about grandma before you cum."
And one big example of this desensitization shit is when he talks about "sharpening the knife" where you do these exercises of squeezing pulling twisting or whatever the penis in these uncomfortable ways until you are basically more numbed to your sexual arousal.
I don't agree with that shit at all. And I don't think you'll ever experience the full actual potential of your body's orgasms going the desensitization route.
He also mentions kegels, but outside of actual sexual practice. Having a strong pelvic floor is good, but it's useless if you don't know how to use them during the orgasms. And you're not building the parts of your pelvic floor muscles that matter when you avoid using them during the orgasms.
Which is why you'll never reach that full potential. Instead of using muscle and skill, you're using "visualization" which is basically another word for desensitization.
>full body orgasm that lasts a long time.I fully believe that this shit is all in your head. You're imagining this "full body orgasm" it's not actually happening in your body.
