Use your muscles. An orgasm is a bull. To handle it, you have to be tough, strong, and quick on your feet. Don't be afraid of the bull, don't run away from it. Jump on the bull and do your best to stay on it as it's violently jumping around.
The purpose of the orgasm is to cause ejaculation. Being multi orgasmic is basically a bio hack. As long as you can satisfy the orgasm faster than it can trigger ejaculation, you have successfully experienced orgasm without ejaculation.
Technically, that's not really true. You are actually having ejaculations, just hundreds of tiny tiny ones, but instead of semen, what comes out is just a lot of precum. Big huge drops of precum. Prostate? This is why I say the orgasm is considered satisfied. Once you're really really advanced, and you really understand all this, you'll even be able to have actual ejaculations without losing your erection.
It's all on a spectrum. You decide the amount of pleasure you want to have. From the smallest orgasm all the way up to the biggest orgasm.
Contractions are your enemy. Keep them to a minimum. The presence of the orgasm doesn't always generate a contraction. It's a feeling.
Orgasms feel slightly different from ejaculation. It's a spectrum. To satisfy orgasm, you have to give it some ejaculation. Tiny microscopic amounts. Again, you see evidence of this with the precum.
Balance and timing is very important. You have to keep up with your level of excitement. This is what Mantak Chia doesn't teach you. He teaches detachment from your excitement. I'm saying to keep up with it. Use your muscles.
The speed of your orgasms is important. It's not always the same. If you cannot satisfy the orgasm at whatever speed it's moving, you will ejaculate. If you don't have a firm grip on the orgasm, you slow down (stroking or penetration), or even stop, if you're not strong enough.
The stronger you are, the faster you can go, the longer you can go, the more pleasure you will experience.
