It's about the precedent you set. Do you establish a trend of following *her* lead? Looking to her for permission to do your own shit? Do you put her on a pedestal above yourself? Do you believe "Happy wife, happy life?" Then no, that shit's not gonna fly because you've decided to be *her* bitch.

On the other hand, do you lead? Do you do your own thing? To you fail to tolerate her BS and put her in her place without being violent? Do you have a greater purpose in life, bigger than her? Do you love yourself more than you love her? If so then yeah, you get to smack her ass whenever you like.

There's to paths and two completely different mindsets. Choose wisely. And know that in the first its *very hard* to switch to the second. But if you start with the second, its *very easy* to slide back into the first if you don't keep your wits about yourself.
