Workers Needed
What to look for in potential employees? What are traits to look for? Beyond the resume.

Just so you know, if you hope to live in THIS economy, you might as well kill yourself and your parents. I fucking hate faggots like you trying to make โ€œa livingโ€ when all you need is welfare and crack. I hope your pussy bitch career ceases to exist and that your dick gets herpes from a male prostitute

Don't look for yes men, don't look for followers, don't look for perfect people.

All that shit gets you mindless sheep, or people just getting through the day.

Set out to build a team and mean it when you say that, people who can in a human way work out how to solve problems as a group. The more people are able to be players in there jobs the more invested they are and the better they will be.

TLDR
You want the human element not robots.

PS
By best worker was never once on time or even close. But when shit got heavy I knew who I could trust.

Not that mindless sheep arnt useful, but I ask you, how do you detect human ability at hiring? Or is this is a long-term observation?

If some one tells you what you want to hear during the interview it's a bad sign. Don play any stupid games because everyone to some degree is going to say what they thing is right.
If they can't tell a light joke, if they are spotless and have nothing but BS positivity. Ohh all my other jobs were great and I was best friends with all my bosses.
A real good worker will tell you they have worked with all kinds of people, some worked some didn't. Want a good test, find out if a person has ever fought a boss on an ethics issue. I have lost jobs on ethics and I can assure you when shit hits the fan you want someone who is willing to lose a job over ethics.
One good stand by a line worker on that shit will save you from a lawsuit.

As a woman I can attest to the fact that good looking men are a lot better to work with as they're much more confident in themselves. I've noticed this especially in men who're tall, handsome and who're well endowed with a 7+ inched phallus to be the case. Unattractive men are just downright cocky & arrogant who think they own the world and lack any kind of self-awareness & humility
