it's OK if you aren't perfect as long as your are good more often than you are bad
weight loss takes time and that's just how it is
if you feel light headed, your blood sugar is too low and you should eat
if you feel ravenously hungry, you might not have had enough protein

it's hours of sweat on a treadmill to burn 800 calories
and 30 seconds alone with a couple donuts to eat it back
