When is Halloween? I'm European
Anonymous No.33442813
Just eat one meal a day. I'm surprised you're not already doing this as a neet, I barely ate at all when I was unemployed. I'm guessing it's because you snack. Stop snacking, drink nothing but water, and maybe do some exercise if you want to go the extra mile but it's not necessary. I don't know what your health insurance situation is or if your country gives you free health care but ozempic or any other glp-1 is pretty easy to get from your pcp/gp these days and it works.

When the cravings start, your mindset will change into whatever it needs to to allow yourself to cave in. Be prepared to talk yourself through that ahead of time.

Faste 20hours a day. You can have water, plain tea, or plain coffee. No calories. You need to be in ketosis 4hours a day at least (it starts after 16hours without calories).

use a food scale to measure portions
keep a log of everything you eat
>>>/fit/fat
has links to calculators to find out what your body needs. Try to eat 500-800 less than that, but go too low and your body will think you are starving and do weird things
it's OK if you aren't perfect as long as your are good more often than you are bad
weight loss takes time and that's just how it is

if you feel light headed, your blood sugar is too low and you should eat
if you feel ravenously hungry, you might not have had enough protein

>exercise
good for health and strength but not as important for weight loss as gym advertisements would have you believe
it's hours of sweat on a treadmill to burn 800 calories
and 30 seconds alone with a couple donuts to eat it back
so paradoxically, weight loss is more effective in the kitchen than at the gym

10 pounds per month is serious hardcore weightloss.
10 kilos per month is insanity.
Professional fighters can lose 10 kilos in a month to make weight for a fight, but they're not keeping it off and doing it month after month.
Get a calorie tracking app and a food scale to track every calorie with autistic precision, then aim for a 500kcal deficit under your sedentary tdee. You won't hit that target in 3 months, but you will in 6 months.

For what purpose do you need to lose that much weight that quickly?
Walk outside every day, eat way less, take vitamin supplements and drink a lot of water though.

Use this, fill it out accurately, and put sedentary for activity level.

If you eat 1000-1500 calories below the number that gives you daily(on average), you'll lose two pounds a week. I don't know your weight but to lose 66 pounds which is 30kg you probably would need to eat like - 500 calories a day.

This is do-able, but it will be extremely difficult. And at such a low caloric intact you might as well consider fasting - see /fit/ for the details they have some macros around. The good news is that caloric deficits don't bullshit - if you abide by them you WILL lose weight. The problem is that you want to lose a LOT of weight in a very short amount of time.

t. fat fuck who is still a fat fuck but lost 50 pounds.

You can't, and it is extremely dangerous to try. Losing 10 or 11kg by then is the most you can possibly do without causing severe damage.

You know, you dare speak about how much you're going to lose. Let me tell you something as someone who has gone from 106kg in the beginning of January to now 91kg - you don't set the fucking goal. You start to change your lifestyle, how you eat and how you go outside and work out, and as long as you're doing that - you'll see results. But don't you DARE talk about the goal. That's the wrong fucking mindset. The weight loss is a result of changing your lifestyle, but the goal should NOT be to lose the weight, it should be to change and maintain your new and healthy lifestyle. If you focus on weight instead you won't succeed. SO DON'T YOU DARE TALK ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU'LL LOSE, AND START FOCUSING ON STARTING AND MAINTAINING YOUR NEW LIFESTYLE INSTEAD!

If you lose more than 2lb (just under a kg) per week then you are burning up significant amounts of muscle and organs as well as fat. But you must NOT make that a goal. It's a LIMIT, not a target. If you're losing any more than that then you have fucked up and you need to ease off and eat more. (An exception to this is that, for the first two weeks, you'll lose a lot of water weight; that's okay. But after that first fortnight you need to behave as if losing more than 2lb in a week will make a bomb go off.)

In terms of losing, the most important thing is appetite management: if you let yourself get hungry, it's all over. So you need to eat in ways that make you less hungry for the same number of calories consumed. Low carbohydrate diets like the keto diet are a good way to go. Combine that with plenty of aerobic exercise (but be very careful not to run out of energy - it can hit you very suddenly when you have no stored glycogen).

A gentler approach is to do a 16/8 fast: eat breakfast and lunch, and eat plenty of calories at each meal, but skip the evening meal, so you're fasting for 16 hours between lunch and breakfast. That way most of the time that you're hungry you'll be asleep, and you will have energy during the day when you need it. You won't lose weight quickly this way, but you'll have a better chance of keeping it off.

losing weight quickly is bad for your heart and will cause yoyo effect. aim for 1kg per month

Eat nothing but meat and green vegetables no alcohol no sugar drinks only water and tea/coffee with no sugar. Do 100 pushups a day and then try to up that number. Work out intensely like running for at least an hour a day. Look into what Christian Bale does to get in shape for Batman. Christian Bale is known for these extreme quick weight gains/losses/build ups for movies.

Wrong target. change your lifestyle. You probably 100+ kg, so it will help.

Figure out how much you burn per day. Eat less than that. Measuring weight is fine - keep updating as you lose weight.
If you're fasting don't fast for too long too often because it'll increase the risk of gallstones.

anon, that's not healthy. Recommended healthy weight loss is like 5lbs/month.
