You do know most people are oblivious to how thier body feels.
Not too mention there is no index to reference for pleanty of feelings.
Or the fact peoples minds also survive major abuses and never recover, like poor people feeling fine while hungry, and never knowing that's not normal, or abuse victims becoming very subservient when they have needs, or americans not understanding portion sizes from literaly eating wrong thier entire lives.

Please post some helpful hints for feeling-action pairs. Not everyone has your experience.
