Start a business and hire someone to manage it and make all the decisions and then just pay them based on how much they profit you so they have unlimited opportunity to make you more.

learn. Take time out of your day. Put aside your phone, TV, computer, gaming system, etc. and sit by yourself. Think about what is troubling you. Think through how to solve it. Re-think it. Then do it. If you are half-intelligent and a product of western development, it shouldn't result in blood shed.
