This burn look bad enough to go to urgent care? I get burned a lot and usually it stops hurting the second day with some burn cream, but this one's worse than normal, and I don't love the color of that scab.
GIVE ME YOUR VALUABLE ANONYMOUS MEDICAL ADVICE.

Looks like a 3rd degree burn to me. Would go to urgent care if I were you. Nerve damage is no joke.

Probably will end up going just to play it safe. Plus maybe they'll get me a prescription for some better cream or something, even if it's not a big deal.

>I get burned a lot
Why? Work?
Anyways, it does not look infected, but if you have Healthcare, it would not hurt to show it to a doctor, simply to keep it clean and protect it from infection until it has healed.

keep applying your cream and dont try to peel at it or anything if it doesnt show any signs of improving or if it starts infecting go see a medical professional make sure you clean your wound at least twice a day and apply a disinfectant if you can asap if its nothing serious then a doctor will likely just give you the same advice and some ointment but if ur insurance checks out then it never hurts to go

Neosporin and bandages. Were you doing indian burns on the schoolyard? It'll heal after 2 weeks. It'll peel off on its own but don't pay it any mind. It is harmless

I just had a first degree burn yesterday on my thumb and it's always such a shitty pain to deal with. I'd go just to get painkillers (opiates) to deal with it later. Though if you are in the US I'd probably get stuff from the pharmacy and get oxy from the streets, it will be cheaper.

nursing student here so I'm not a professional yet but clean it up, try to peel off that dead skin without yanking any more of the epidermis off and put some sterile bandages on it, doesn't seem like anything too bad
if it's not healing up within a few days or if there's any pus or extra swelling you definitely need to seek medical attention though

At minimum you go to a pharmacy. But you should go to emergency. Infections on burns can rot your nerves and flesh.

Infection will be your biggest concern. Not good that blister was opened. Cold compress if recent. Needs sterile bandage and consider antiobiotic ointment. It will take longer than you think to heal and will hurt like a motherfucker. The size is pushing it to where you should consider an antibiotic.
