How do I prevent from turning out like my father and grandfather?
It seems nearly all the males from my fathers side are complete psychos with anger issues who yell all the god damn time and are prone to violence. I'm pretty sure im mellowed out a bit due to my mothers side being the most down to earth people ever who never seem to get angry but lately i've been noticing anger suddenly flaring up intensely at the most minor inconvenience.
It has gotten so bad that I smashed my monitor in with a cup last week because I couldn't fill in a captcha 5 times in a row. I spend 200 euro on that thing and had it ever since my late teens so I was sad to have to throw it away. This can't go on like this anymore, are there any ways to cure this shit besides bitching about my problems to some therapist that will suck away 5 generations worth of income? I REALLY don't want to turn out like them.
