I work in a job where I need to interact with people, make new contacts, bring business to the company. I don't know how to open up conversations. Im a fucking introvert, I can't lie like how I've seen my colleagues do. No I can't switch jobs please help me anons. I'm too fucking tired. I like to learn about others, it's not that I pretend to be curious about others but I don't know how to ask them or open up.
Let's say I have to visit some office to bring funds from them or some hospital or any place. I don't know how to talk with the basic helper staff, so that I can get access to clerical staff then officers. I don't know what to talk about. On the other hand I've seen people making personal relationship with all three and securing the funds .

Always be honest and real. Open a conversation with saying that you don’t know how to start the conversation. Be transparent about any markups or however you fuck with people and explain how that gives service that is beneficial in whatever way. Tell the truth and people will see the real you. Literally ask customers how you can make a sale, or whatever you do.
