I feel like almost nothing makes me genuinely laugh anymore.
Is there a way to develop my natural authentic laugh again?

Watch lots of types of comedy. Humor is entirely cultural. Also drink a lot if water, calorie faste 20hours a day, and do duolingos - they are as good as equal in class time. Try the piano course, it's fun.

That's true. Do you like the media you consume? Are your friends funny? Are you?

In fact, work on your own humor. You should be able to make yourself laugh, imo. Make observations to yourself, imagine funny hypotheticals. Use your intuition more than your conscious thoughts. When bantering with other people, try not to think of jokes, just occasionally let the knee-jerk intuitive thoughts out, depending on the setting.

Oh, and one more thing I learned: start conversations with strangers, and just keep asking questions. I've devolved into maniacal laughter with someone I've never met in my life that way. Only once, admittedly, but it's always a little funny.

In general, asking questions lead to better convo, which leads to more funny
