ED issue and GF

I am 28 years old and and i weigh 210 pounds/95 kgs ,my height is 180.4 cm
over the past years i have noticed that I don't get erections as often as i used to and i think i have ED

I have been trying to loose my weight and but there was no sense of urgency and i wasn't really bothered by it and continued being an overweight wagie

but now over the past 3 months i have gotten real close to a girl who was introduced through a coworker

she is 23 and very pretty
she has had previous boyfriends before and now i am worried that If we take it to the next stage and if i couldn't perform well not only i would be blowing my only chance in getting a GF in a long time but if things go bad and she talks to her friends and soon everyone in my office would know that i have ED
should I just outright say it to her right now and save myself from embarassment?

Have you had a normal sexual life before meeting this girl?
ED is extremely common in guys who started masturbating at a young age (12-16) and never really got to experience sex or having a girlfriend.

If you really don't want to mess your first time then take viagra or cialis. But don't use them too often or you'll become dependent on them.

If you think she is the kind of person who would do this, don't get involved with her.

no ,I have been sexless till this point in my life
I have been thinking about going to a doctor too
somehow that makes me feel even more emasculating than using viagra

I wouldn't say anything unless it's a problem.

Doctors can't do anything for you, aside from prescribing you PDE5 inhibitors and telling you to lose weight.
Your problem is neurological. You've spent the last 15 years masturbating to a screen without any real-life sex.
Because of this, your neural pathways got rewired to get off of porn instead of real women.

The only solution is to re-rewire your brain, by completely cutting off porn and having sex with real women.

sounds like this is a psychological problem
just be open to her about your lack of experience, you don't have to say you're a virgin
if she reacts positively you'll be less nervous
if she reacts badly it wasn't going to work out anyways

Similar story to you bro, had sex a few months ago for the first time. Couldn't stay hard at all the first time I was with her, had no lube either ended up hurting my dick a lot. 2nd time I was with her took a viagra for the first time, felt amazing. Issue is I still couldn't cum in a condom, could have literally fucked her for 6 hours and would barely be close inside a condom. So yeah, only option for here really is to go cold turkey on porn and wank a lot less in general.

Even after being with her, I tried to have some wanks to thought of it and my dick wasn't really feeling right. I just think porn fucks up your brain as to what exactly stimulates your dick. For example, there would be moments she would make a noise or say something and it would make me hard, but that's not sustainable.
