To elaborate
The cuteness to your face comes from there being nothing overly flawed about it, spacing proportions wise. Your features are spaced proportionately away from each other, and your face bones are also fairly proportionate (say, the facial outline, or the space between your facial features and the edges or outline of your face), not too big or small
Plus the somewhat friendly look, maybe coming from somewhat bigger sized features on a relatively small face, which would also be a cute trait. I'd say you have good spacing between the features and good spacing between features and face bones, nothing too high or low or too close together or far apart or sticking out or whatever, if talking just size and spacing

The ugliness comes from your general texture and clarity, so basically when you actually see the details. Somewhat dirty face, lots of marks on it, hair is rough, features are slightly unrefined like having slightly googly eyes or a slightly pudgy wide lesser-defined nose. Balding look, bad hair/facial hair phenotype, lacking smoothness, lacking a twink phenotype that would be more slender and nicer hair. Too gruff yet googly. Looks a bit soi boi. Like you could've been a nice twink but just lacking too much etc

The ugliness is offset by the cuteness I mentioned, so one may overlook it if they WANT to like you.

Attractive to me? No. But you do have an appeal of friendliness and trustworthiness and safety and gentleness and just looking like a nice kinda person, which does make me overall like you, if it's simply about people reading. No serial killer ugliness or anything, just soi boi ugliness

A little bit ugly, but in a normal way if that makes sense. 3.5 or 4/10. You are not repulsive, but you are kind of ugly.
Facial hair is scruffy and unkept. Either grow it out all the way if you can or shave it off, the half way facial hair makes you look like a teenager that didn't have a dad to show him how to shave. Jaw and chin look small compared to the rest of the face. Moles, acne, wide nose. Need a proper haircut and not something that looks like a guy who did it himself to save money.
Really nice eyes though. There is potential there. You should probably start going to the gym.

Though op has nice eye colour eyelash colour (skin colour ok, lip colour alright, some youthful pink tone to give off a healthy circulation vibe) and eyebrows shape position and eyebrow hairs directions (wideset eyebrow)
