I know the feeling. Be honest, say you have really beautiful skin, have you ever thought about tattoo removal? If it ends your relationship, you will have grown confidence and learned to make your tastes clear in the beginning, so you aren't surprised and icked off when you see her tattoos. Personally I can ignore uncolored tattoos on a woman's back or upper arm, anywhere else though or anything colorful is conspicuous and ruins the whole visual appeal of her body for me.

Back is fine, from the back of her shoulders down to her tailbone, tattoo away. I've been with girls who had all sorts of cool stuff tattooed up and down there.
It's not something that's gonna show up in like Christmas photos for grandma nor is it something that immediately jumps out at job interviews or on a first date.

Plus I'm not really into doggy style as far as sex goes, I find it to be one of the least intimate and more boring sexual positions, but at least there I have something to look at during sex.
