Hi, I'm 25F, got broken up from the closest thing to a relationship I had last year and kinda feel ready to move on.
The thing is I don't have any friends, no social activities I take part of, my coworkers are all girls, and to top it all my social skills are terrible (undiagnosed but pretty sure) plus atrophiated from neeting.
Really don't know what to do cause dating apps terrify me and I have no clue how to meet people. I'm not particularly attractive, a bit tall and flat but with a "pretty" face, and I live on my own apartment in a decently sized city. Any advice would be deeply appreciated,
TLDR can't use the dating market advantage I have due to being a foid because of how retarded I am.

I'm a zoomer too, I also don't have social media besides LinkedIn and WhatsApp, however, I don't have intentions on meeting new people, if I had, I would probably use social media. Let's be very realistic, considering that 60% of zoomers meet through social media, what's the likelihood of you, a very introvert person to meet others of their generation offline? It's very unlikely. you should start considering that. Discord also works, but you are much more likely to meet weir people compared to Instagram.

All of that could well happen, but it is just as likely to happen with a guy you meet in real life as it is with a guy you meet on an app, so that's not a good reason to be afraid of apps.

Not really, social media is a bad thing, it makes you look more closer to people then you really are. But we're in 2025, if you want to socialize with other young people, that's the easiest way. Especially if you're a woman, just post a few cute pictures and there will be a lot of simps following you in no time. Just don't forget your priorities and your goal.

Not really, social media can be tricky. It makes you seem closer to people than you actually are. But it’s 2025, and if you want to socialize with other young people, it’s still the easiest way. If you don't want to, sadly you'll have to get good at socializing. Dating apps are the fastest way but it comes with risks since you aren't part of that man's circle. Are any of your female friends or colleagues doing any social activities where men are also present that you may join?

You get the same advice I'd give a guy. Don't look for lovers. Look for friends. Enlarge your social circle by meeting your neighbors, coworkers, friends-of-friends and the like. Join a club, join a church, join a gym. Take a random CC class. Do volunteer work.

The idea is that the more people you know socially, the more among them are going to be guys and the greater the chance that you will hit it off with one.

In your age range, friends-to-lovers is more likely than the teen-style dating game

I get that you don't have IRL female friends, but if you want to start dating without caution, you'll get taken advantage on. My advice is to be in online female circles and systematical ask for an advice. Remember, it is important to filter replies and ONLY take advice from females that are happy in a relationship. Maybe sometimes males, but ONLY people who are happy in life and happy with their current relationship. Unhappy people in general or people trapped in relationships can't help but sabotage any good thing that others have.
