hi OP. I'm a guy, but I have a much similar situation to yours.
Started in January, was BMI of 36.7, started eating 2 meals a day, quickly started losing weight. started incorporating workouts into this around late March / early April. By april my BMI was already 33.2, and then today mid August I'm 31.5. So I started off class 2 obese like you and turned class 1, in a couple kilograms I'll be overweight instead
My starting weight was 106kg, I'm 170cm. Now I'm 91kg.
The thing is - it takes time. It takes time.
It sucks, because people treat you like dogshit or invisible during the time that you wait, but let me tell you something let me tell you something - it will get better once you lose it. You just have to lose it. It fucking sucks that it takes time, sucks like all hell. but this is the only way, just continue. continue and suffer while you wait as I suffered while I waited.
I was wearing XXL when I was 106kg, quickly at about 100 I was wearing XL's comfortably. Now at 91 I'm just barely fitting into L's, they look kinda normal on me. Just have very small uhh affordance with the underbelly so like, putting my hands up can cause the fupa to show haha, I imagine this goes away only when I'll be a healthy bmi, then if I put my hands up.. it don't matter if my belly shows because you know.. it looks good.
Anyway, clothes started looking good on me only recently. B4 that everything looked awful.
People treated me like I don't exist. Now I feel much better when outside, somewhat a lil' bit confident I might say. Just.. suck it up I'm sorry. it sucks. but you have to continue and wait. let the weight be your guide. feel better every time you see a new number. I feel great when I see ever decreasing numbers.
but KEEP EATING. and keep eating PROTEIN. You want to keep the muscles, so as you're becoming skinnier you don't look like weak shit with stick arms, there's a difference trust me. even if you think you don't see it
best of luck OP, also post boobs? ty
