No one gives a fucking shit if you're a 30 year old virgin. You're the one limiting yourself by making a big deal out of it. Anywhere is fine if you're okay with cold approaches or just making some small talk to women and going from there. You could try online too, obviously mileage varies between apps and websites. Otherwise if you do some sort of hobby/activity with other people or have friends/acquaintances that might make it easier to approach women.

Jokes aside, I legit feel that past the age of 25 you start getting stale as a person on the inside, biologically, psychologically and whatever.

And being almost 30 it's cringe to cosplay as teenage Justin Bieber because...you're just too mature for that by that point.

So why keep up the pretense, what's the big deal with calling yourself a "potential boyfriend". Like you're not a boy objectively anymore and you will not be perceived as such.

Interactions with women at that age must be held out in way a more dry fashion. Speaking from actual experience, women don't like it when I chase them, at least. They just orbit the cool guys and that's that from what I have observed.

Some people of both genders unfortunately play games. Sometimes it's not even a matter of maturity but rather gender norms. If you're honest and don't play into their bullshit I think people tend to reciprocate that unless they're worthless brats.
