I'm not OP but I lift. I superset a lot. I see those guys who do "thumb day" playing on their phone, taking up a bench, for ten minutes between every set and I'm unimpressed.
Squats and OHPs, lat raises and triceps kickbacks, bench presses and pec flys, as long as the muscles aren't directly related I'll swap between exercises.
I'm pretty tired and sweaty and according to my heart rate monitor it IS a good cardio workout and I'm done in 45. I can get in a good workout including shower and get dressed in an hour before work.
There are people who spend 4 hours/day at the gym because they have nothing to do or its their only hobby; good for them, but I'm not doing that.
