Stop thinking you know what's best you'rethe position you're meant to be in that time because you're literally in it. You know what you want, if you're asking for someone else you're lost cause

If that's truly why you're doing it there may be a deep root of dissatisfaction within yourself, it sounds like a complete lack of empathy replaced with envy for the simplicity of it all. Or else you would not care.

How else would you mold someone into something we holy palatable for you in a way that doesn't leave you envious and destructive

If you really wanna help someone like that find them a job or a consueler

Only legit answer

Stop thinking about it and just do it. Make a pot of coffee and write down a list of things you need to do and then do them one by one. As long as you're realistic and don't get too lazy you'll get at least a few things done. Keep doing that until you've done enough to earn a break but when you take your break don't get on the computer, do something you used to enjoy before you acquired hell world computer brain.
